History
Brothers Seth and Sam Stier were raised in the restaurant business. As a commitment to their hometown, they have thrived in creating new recipes, a selection of freshly smoked meats, local dining, entertainment, and jobs for the community. What started as a single business venture with Sammy's Restaurant in 1999 has evolved into three great options in their hometown of Stewartville, MN:
